Semifreddo apetit

The texture of this airy semifreddo is somewhere between frozen chocolate mousse and gelato. In other words: You’re going to love it. Dejte do ohnivzdorné mísy vejce, žloutky navíc, vanilku a cukr.

I used regular lemons and followed the recipe as it was written. The main ingredients are egg yolks, sugar, and cream. It has the texture of frozen mousse.


It is often called an ice-cream cake, but a true ice-cream cake has layers of cake and ice-cream. After four attempts to get this semifreddo recipe just right I was able to create the lightest, smoothest and most decadent ice cream ever…seriously you NEED this in your life it tastes like heaven! First, you need to make the zabaglione (Italian frothy custard).
